The room was spacious for a budget hotel, with a separate tub and toilet that's often hard to find. However, the walls were a bit thin, allowing for some noise from adjacent rooms, and while the cleanliness was great, the lighting could have been better to liven up the space.

my stay at shin-okubo city was fantastic. excellent location, just 3 mins from the jr shin-okubo station, and tons of eateries nearby. spacious room, comfortable bed, and all the amenities made it a pleasant experience.

During my stay, I faced several disturbances in the room. The thin walls meant I could hear every conversation and footstep from neighbors. Additionally, the constant noise from the adjacent microwave and hallway traffic made it challenging to relax and get a good night's sleep.
